cslol-dll.dll is missing or damaged, so skins will silently fail to apply in game. Re-run/repair the Chud install, or drop your own signed copy into the cslol-tools folder.

Riot renamed some game files in this patch, so skins downloaded earlier can crash your game. Chud is relinking them now — this only happens once per patch.
